Although it can be put in a dishwasher, it is recommended to hand wash to help avoid cracking and chipping. Avoid thermal shock.

Each piece is handmade. That being said, it is hand-thrown, sculpted and altered from start to finish. Variations in glaze and color differ from piece to piece. Remember, no two items are the same!
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the damage.

All items are shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost efficient. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages.
