8-10 Chimes Included. Logo has been submitted through FB Messenger. Wording from logo will be used, and each set of chimes will be made specifically for placings below. Chime sets will be done using a faux leather look, integrating Southwest designs. Colors preferred are browns, turquoise, and red.

Due date for order is AUGUST 31st.
All orders must be paid for in advance, and your order will not be started until then. All orders are one of a kind and are made from raw clay, which is quite a time consuming process so please allow enough time if giving as a gift.
All custom orders are created upon receiving your order. Most items take six to eight weeks to create, but depending on the time of year and supply issues that could vary. If you need this item by a certain date please email me for a good estimated completion date.
Shipping is not included in pricing. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping once your order is completed.
Changes are allowed up until the time that I begin creating your piece.
Due to the nature of hand-crafted pottery, ALL items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact me before purchasing. I will do my best to resolve an issues within my ability.
Each piece is handmade. That being said, it is hand-thrown, sculpted and altered from start to finish. Variations in glaze and color differ from piece to piece. Remember, no two items are the same!
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the damage.
Order confirmation will be sent out via email as soon as the order is placed. If there is any question about the order please reference the order number when reaching out to discuss it.
Separate shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as the order has shipped. Please check that the shipping address and contact information is correct at checkout. Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.
All items are shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost efficient. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages.
