Because this piece has the opalescent sheen and real white gold luster on the concho it is NOT microwave safe. It is food and dishwasher safe.
All of the mugs are handmade by me, therefore will have variations in glaze colors.

Although it can be put in a dishwasher, it is recommended to hand wash to help avoid cracking and chipping. Avoid thermal shock.
Shipping is included to anywhere in the USA. If you are out of the country an additional invoice for the difference in actual shipping will be sent once the piece is purchased.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the damage.

All items are shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost efficient. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages.
