Custom Order for AS

7 Custom Coffee Mugs  (5 Santa Lucia, 2 Riviera Equine)

Customer acknowledges that each piece is custom and will have its own design. Pictures used as examples are only examples of work that can be done, each piece is unique and will have its own special look and flair as the artist sees fit. 

All of the mugs are handmade by me, therefore will have variations in glaze colors. 

Please review ALL listing details, carefully, before purchasing.

Although it can be put in a dishwasher, it is recommended to hand wash to help avoid cracking and chipping.  Avoid thermal shock.

SHIPPING IS ADDITIONAL AND WILL BE INVOICED ONCE THE MUGS ARE BOXED AND READY TO SHIP.

All sales are final.  Please ask any questions prior to purchasing.

Due to the nature of hand-crafted pottery, ALL items are final sale and not eligible for return. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact me before purchasing. I will do my best to resolve an issues within my ability.

Each piece is handmade. Variations in glaze and color differ from piece to piece. Remember, no two items are the same! 

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the damage.

Order confirmation will be sent out via email as soon as the order is placed. If there is any question about the order please reference the order number when reaching out to discuss it. 

Separate shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as the order has shipped. Please check that the shipping address and contact information is correct at checkout. Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.

All items are shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is most cost efficient. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages.
